Objectives:
- Students will use a digital camera.
- Students will record a Podcast.
- Students will post the digital photo and podcast to the class website.
Time Required: Two 45 minute classes
21st Century Tools (Technology Tools):
- Computer
- Audacity
- Internet
- Digital Camera
- iPod or MP3 player
Procedure:
1. Students will bring in the 3-D model of their rooms.
2. Students will take a digital picture of their model.
3. Students will create a podcast talking about their favorite thing about their room.
4. The picture and the podcast will be posted on the class website.
Differentiated Instruction:
Students that are uncomfortable with technology can have another student help them with #2 and #3 above.
21st Century Assessment/Evaluation:
Successfully producing a 3-D model, digital picture, and podcast of their room.
